Project overview
A 60-day commercial intensive between Jens Hansen Gold & Silversmith Ltd and MeclabsAI LLC, executed 21 August 2026 with an effective start of 24 August 2026. Work runs in three sequential 20-day workstreams and concludes with a Day-60 findings review and a joint decision on next steps. Priorities may be adjusted by mutual written agreement.
Establish a repeatable system for converting more of Jens Hansen's existing demand into high-value, high-margin purchases — particularly proprietary gold rings — concluding with a Day-60 findings review and a joint decision on next steps.

Onboarding meeting
A virtual meeting starts the engagement: confirm key contacts, request and confirm access to needed data and systems, align on goals, constraints and success measures, confirm workstreams and deliverables, and schedule recurring status meetings.
Status & coaching meetings
Recurring virtual meetings review progress, decisions, risks and next actions, and keep implementation and testing on track.
Client responsibilities
Timely access, information and approvals as reasonably needed. The client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of client materials and for final business decisions and approvals.
Approval gates
Public-facing value-proposition changes and production deployment of the AI agent both require client approval before they go live.
Ownership of work product
The client owns its own materials, and on full payment owns the deliverables and system components built specifically for it under Schedule A — excluding MeclabsAI's pre-existing tools, frameworks and models, and any third-party tools.
No guaranteed outcome
Services are performed in a professional and workmanlike manner using commercially reasonable efforts. No particular result, revenue figure or conversion lift is guaranteed.
